Total Transfer by Client Domain is case-sensitive!

	I was looking at an output of wwwstat-2.01.  I noticed the section
which shows Transfers by Client Domain.  I see some AU, CA, Ca, then finally
ca which do have the country beside.  I would say it might be better to list
these as a case-insensitive list rather than case-sensitive.  If no-one has
a patch for this, I can work on one.  I would like all "ca" regardless of
case, be grouped together.  I guess the easiest way is to down-case all before
loading into the array.  Thoughts?  Let me know.
