support NT machines?

I have version 2.0 of wwwstat and I want to install the software on a
Windows NT based server.  But it seems all of the supporting files that
come with wwwstat 2.0 are written for the UNIX environment.  Is there a
package out there already written to support NT machines?

Also, I am having a problem understanding the format for the parameters
for DomainMap found in the wwwstat.rc file.  Could you further expound
on the parameters for me?
