Patches

I've been working on wwwstat for a while now, to enable it to work with
BIG logs from several *physical* sites in different time zones.

I have made a fair few patches, which (once I've cleaned them up in a
week or two) might be useful in the next version of the code; Roy, are
any of these of interest?

- Timezone conversion (-gmt option to convert times to GMT)
- Squid accelerator status codes (we use Squid in httpd-accel mode a lot)
- Stripping of http://<site>:<port> from URL's in Squid logfiles
(-squid-accel: not generally useful unless you're using the above)
- DNS lookups moved to a separate perl library (remove shared code from
splitlog and wwwstat, and make the cache thus available for other
people's code)
     - expiry now not automatic - dns_expire script to run it.
     - expiry now randomised to stop the log run 2 months after your
first one taking YEARS.
