gwstat with gr ??

gwstat2.3 seems to run without xmgr it seems. But I haven't nether found 
a reference to it in the .pl source nor in the doc nor in the above 
homepage nor have I found where to grab gr. Am I an idiot? Please someone 
point me to it.
