A few patches to wwwstat

After emailing Roy Fielding (sorry for that and thanks for wwwstat anyway), 
I've made a few patches to wwwstat:

Version 2.1b                                      19 February 1997
   Added configurable descriptors for Time/Date/Archive/Domain/SubDomain ...
   Added maximum Archive URL length
   Added configurable output of bars
   Added option to print country or domain (f.ex. .com)
   Changed behaveour so unresolved gets a Unresolved "country" (for gwstat)

The last added feature (unresolved gets a country) is not realy cleanly 
integrated, but it seems to run fine all the same - see for yourself...

See the attached file for the complete patch file. If anybody'll use it 
please send me a note ...
