The same as the percentage of your users that do not have DNS names
assigned to their machines, which in almost all cases is the percentage
of users accessing your site through a dial-up SLIP or PPP account.
The "typical" percentage will depend on the nature of the site.

No, there are none of those.  If such were the case, they would be
registered under typical business domains and not be unresolved.
