Possible bug in -A & by URL/Archive Section

I had been running V1.01 for a while now and I am configuring 2.01 to
exclude the same filters as my previous versions.
Running against and old log that had a preious summary by V1.01, I found
some differences. in the Totals by URL/Archive Section.
Apon further examination of the two files I found that the new file
= Total Transfers by Request Date were the same
> Total Transfers by Request Hour were different (new file larger totals)
< Total Transfers by Client Domain
> Total Transfers from each Archive Section
I reran each the file again with the same filter wioth 1.01 and then 2.01
and found the results the same.
It would be too bad if the total were off a couple of hits but they seem to
be quite large.
The total filter I am using is: -v -R -A '^198.3|^198.6.60' -n .html$
I believe this is caused by a bug that may not be excluding the IP numbers
for those files.
Has anyone else found this?
