thanks a lot for reminded me of that, updating my
modules was much of help the HTML::TreeBuilder seems
to have being out of date it was v. 2.06 !!!!
the code ran find under my machine after I update the
module. 
again, thank you for your advice, I will keep it on my
mind next time I'm gonna reporting a module bug.
