Need Some help.

I am running 5.005_03.

In html there is a 

<input type=file name=pic> etc.....

What this does is on the clients web browser gives them a Browse Button so
they can select a file off of there
local hard drive.  
What I need is......................   How do I take that value from that
field and upload that file from there hard drive to my server.
