Problem make test on HTML::Parser-3.13

Hi,
I have just downloaded HTML::Parser-3.13 and when trying to test I get
following output:
It is on a HPUX.11.00. I have tried to reinstall perl (vers 5.6.0) making
sure that it was compiled with
the HP ANSI C compiler. Can anyone shed som light om this??
