Hello Friends,
		If we are requesting a resource and it's busy. so we are not getting
any response. What should we do then? again and again request to that
perticular resource or should use semaphores for that. or any other way
to do so.

		How to use semaphores in perl? I need full documentation about
semaphores in PERL. can anyone please tell me where i can find it.
