calling a script from a script

I have this problem:


I want to call a program in another computer by POST method -it is a .exe written in C- passing it some parameters that I gather from my shopping cart. That program in turn calls one of my site which must cope with the reply code.


Di I need LIBWWW ?

Is the use of LIBWWW best suited to do this ?

Which are the sublibraries or mopdules needed ?


I would appreciate any help || examples
