Cannot get ParallelUserAgent to work on NT4 IIS Server

Hello,
I am able to run a script on my machine PWS on a WIN98 machine that uses the
PAU mod and I get the output I expected, but all I get is a blank webpage
for the output when I try to execute the perl file on my webhost's machine..
I can run other perl programs fine just this one has a black page output. I
had my Web host to load the PAU mod onto the machine that my account is on
several times.. does he need to reboot to get it to work....My webhost
machine is a NT4 running IIS on Service Pack Release 5.
