Link splitting with text

I need splitting link with the text of the link.
My arrays would be:
@dates=(21/10/1999, 20/10/1999, 20/10/1999)
@hours=(10:20, 10;10, 10:10)
@links=(http://www.test.com , http://www.test1.com, http://www.test2.com)
@texts=(Test01, Test02, Test03);
