	The only way I could think of would be using a signed applet, which
	could jar (Java's word for pkzip) the directory and send it.  This
	wouldn't be a trivial applet however.

	The easiest route is simply to give them a link to WS FTP or similar
	tools.

	I don't think libwww is going to be much help here, as it's a client
	side problem and you can't (likely) get your code onto the client
	outside of an applet.
