Sometimes when making a connection (we get to on_connect) the RobotUA
hangs.   I tried connecting to the same URL with lynx and waited several
minutes before giving up on it.  The timeout isn't keeping the agent
from hanging there for a few minutes.  Does anyone know what's happening
or have a theory?
