LWP on RS6000 S70

Hello! Thanks for the great modules!

I am attempting to use these modules on an Apache server, running AIX
4.3.1. It's an RS6000 S70. According to the server's Administrator, the
libraries won't compile. We are not quite sure what the difficulties may
be.

Is there a compatibility issue that we're not aware of?
