no, you just need to run "h2ph".  where?  i'm glad you asked... the
usual way to do it is:

   $ cd /usr/include
   $ h2ph *.h sys/*.h

note that you need to do this as a user who has write permissions into 
the perl library tree.  "perldoc h2ph" for more info.
