look-a-like for ms exchange ldap ?

I need an interface to MS EX LDAP that is http-based.  Yes, Virginia, I
know that http://msex/exchange will do that for you, but msex will also ask
for (1) a cookie and (2) force you to anonymously login before using it
through a special interface...and this is waaay too much trouble.

Has anyone already written a perldap interface to msex?
