As was reported recently on the libwww-perl mailing list,
I also got a failure of the t\old-base.t test:
t\old-base..........Turn lib path . into C:\unzipped\URI-1.00/.

This is on Windows 98, using a standard perl, but the same results
occur with ActiveState's perl (build 507).
