ERROR not an SCCS file (co1)

Hi,

I just installed libwww on my Sun Ultra running Solaris 2.5. When I type
in something like:

	get http://www.ics.uci.edu/

It gives the following text on my xterm:

	ERROR [http://www.ics.uci.edu]: not an SCCS file (co1)

and dies.....

any idea about what could have caused this? I am accessing outside
with a proxy.
