I am pleased to announce the first release of WebFS::FileCopy.

This module currently only works on Unix systems where LWPng-alpha
is supported.  I am working on some patches for LWPng-alpha to
support Windows systems that I will be submitting shortly.  At
this point, this module should support Windows systems.
