LWP dosn't work

I have the following problem.I have installed LWP.But it doesn=B4t run
successfull.I got the following errormessages:Can=B4t locate Simple.pm in
@INC,although I have already installed it.I tried to change @INC with
this code:BEGIN
              {
               use lib qw{/usr/karcsi/alexander/libwww-perl-5.10/lib};
use lib
qw{/usr/karcsi/alexander/libwww-perl-5.10/lib/LWP/MIME-Base64-2.05};
use LWP::Simple;
use MIME::Base;
}
and so on
Many times I changed the Path,but it didn`t work.Actually Simple.pm is
in
/usr/karcsi/alexander/libwww-perl-5.10/lib
Who can help me or has an idea,what could be wrong?
