I have the following problem installing libwww (perl5):
Makefile doesn't contain any install targets.
the command I created Makefile with:
>perl Makefile.PL CC=/usr/local/bin/gcc AR=/usr/bin/ar LD=/usr/local/bin/gcc LIB=...../download/libwww
The tests ran more or less successfully.
In which cases install targets get not written by ExtUtils::MakeMaker?
Platform: Solaris 2.4
SunOS frenzy 4.1.4 1 sun4m
Configuration parameters:
perl '-V:install.*'
installarchlib='/usr/local/lib/perl5/sun4-sunos/5.00404'
installprivlib='/usr/local/lib/perl5'
installbin='/usr/local/bin'
installman1dir='/usr/local/man/man1'
installman3dir='/usr/local/lib/perl5/man/man3'
installscript='/usr/local/bin'
installsitearch='/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/sun4-sunos'
installsitelib='/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl'
perl -le 'print join $/, @INC'
/usr/local/lib/perl5/sun4-sunos/5.00404
/usr/local/lib/perl5
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/sun4-sunos
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl
Thanks.
