I could be wrong, but it looks like you are executing FakeSSI scripts with
FakeSSI, and doing it via GET rather than adding a special MIME type. To
top it off your server seems to be trying to run SSI commands anyway
<http://www.pacinfo.com/~lnelson/tests/testing.html>.

BTW, this list is not an appropriate forum for general perl or www
scripting issues, only a specific package called LWP.
