Installing on Win95

I am trying to install libwww on win95 (just the modules).  So I downloaded to
package and unloaded to modules into my lib directory.  When I try to use it it
can't find the env_proxy.al

First does the 5.10 version of libwww work on win95? If so where do I get this
env_proxy.al? Or did I do something wrong? I searched my entire hard drive for the
file and no luck...

I have successfully installed it on a unix system though..
