libwww on VMS

I'm in the process of trying to get libwww 5.10 to
run on VMS and have just now discovered this group.

I've done both Dejanews and Alta Vista searches as well
as searching the archives of this list and have not
found any discussion of libwww on VMS at all.

Is it fair to say I'm in relatively uncharted
territory here?

In any case, a couple of questions:

1) I have 5.10, which I got off CPAN.  I didn't even
   know there *was* a 5.11;  will 5.11 buy me any
   additional VMS functionality that 5.10 doesn't have?

2) I've already made a number of patches to 5.10 and
   have gotten a number of tests to run correctly.
   To whom do I mail these patches?  I assume I should
   mail them to Gisle.
