CGI.pm and CGI_Lite

Hi,

Are these similar, sub modules or completely different?

I know you can get CGI.PM with perl 5.003 but where do you get CGI_Lite
from? Is it also bundled with perl 5.003, or is it part of CGI? or is it
part of LWP?
