extract_links - Parse.pm -Parser.pm

When I was debugging a little program of mine I found some problems
with extract_links. I am using it because LinkExtor isn't doing the
job for me. But I needed the option netscape_comment_bug .
I saw that Parse.pm is calling Parser.pm.
buf is declared at the beginning of Parse.pm but there was no
_netscape_comment declared.
So there was also no option to set netscape_comment_bug on or off.
There are some options in Parse.pm such as WARN, I tried to set them
in my program but that wasn't working so if anyone can say to me how
I have to do it it would be great.
When I know how it has to be done I can also add the Netscape comment
bug variabele in it so you can set them also in Parse.pm.
There is still the frame bug in extract_link. Hereby I would like to
ask Gisle to add a simple extra line to Body element in
Treebuilder.pm with frame so extract_link will get also the links on
a frame page with frame html commands.
