Well, no... I wasn't asking if it is copyrighted. But that is a good question.
I was really asking if people on the list would mind if the list was put in
such a public place as a book.
For example, perl5 porters *doesn't* want their name mentioned, due to the
number of basic perl questions they already get...
Hence, 'public domain' was a bit of an ironic term.... but before I use
anybody's material that comes out of this list, I *will* ask.
