I believe that Ed is asking if the material in this list is copyrighted. If
that assumption is correct then the answer is maybe. It depends on a number
of things including the local copyright laws in the country of the poster.
Remember this list is world-wide. Generally speaking, anything posted here
is the copyright of the poster or the poster's employer. But, your mileage
may vary. . .
