building libwww-perl-5.09

when I make, I get:

/usr/local/bin/perl -e 'use Config; chdir q{./blib/script}; foreach (qw(GET

before everything else. make completes, and make test runs with no errors,
but I get these same three lines at the top of make, make test, and make
install.
