Hello,

I am working with a friend together on a project. We try to install
MOMSpider. Our problem is, that we don't know how to send an error report 
to the owner of thge page where the link is broken.e.g.:

http://flp.cs.tu-berlin.de/~tolk/
http://flp.cs.tu-berlin.de/~nic/

on these two pages links are broken now the two users should be reported 
that their links are broken. 

I hope you can help me in some way
