Trang Ngo,

     I don't know if you really have a problem.  The basic Perl 5 doesn't 
require the modules that were listed.  It just notified you of the problem.

     However, I decided that I *WANTED* to be able to use FTP and HTTP 
support, so I visited the CPAN and downloaded those extensions.

     The last line of your message said that it was "Writing Makefile for 
libwww-perl", so I think you are ready to proceed with the installation.
