   Plexus, reborn!!

Yes, I know,
I just thought Plexus was a bit to complex for me,
but then again if you read the ToDo list this one
might get there too. :-)

I like the name, but I might have bad taste. Does it mean anything
   special around Kiruna?

It is finnish, translates to axe (or yxa in swedish).

I also added Kirves to the application list at
   http://www.sn.no/libwww-perl/.

This a page a have just put together:
http://www.is.kiruna.se/~goran/perl/kirves.html

Besides, it did not run as it should right out the box on my
SunOS4.1.4 machine. It starts up and I can connect to it, but it
never sends back any reply. I don't have time to investigate further
   now.

I have no Sun, but I will check if it runs OK under a non-linux
(DG/UX) system, when I get the time.

I also get this warning when running it with perl5.003_07:
"my" variable $proto masks earlier declaration in same scope at Kirves.pm line 136.

Fixed for next snap shot.

Should we really subscribe to the list address itself. Shouldn't it
   be <kirves-request@bildbasen.kiruna.se> or something?

Yes, of course,
or majordomo@bildbasen.kiruna.se,
to much cut and paste. :-(

   Thanks & Regards,
