Yes, I know it is a stupid name,
but will have to do for now (suggestions welcome).

This is the promised first snap-shot of a perl/libwww-based
http server. Short readme-file attached below.

Kirves 0.20
===========

This is a developer-only release of Kirves.
Kirves is a http server based on perl and libwww-perl.

My development environment is Linux 1.99.1, libc-5.3.12,
perl 5.003 and libwww-perl 5.04.

All contributions regarding tasks listed in ToDo-file 
(or anything not listed but generally useful) appriciated.
