Calling cig-scripts

Hi,
Is there any way I can call a particular cg-script in perl and pass =
parameters to it. for eg.
I have a script name /cgi-bin/stocks...at the last stage of the script i =
need call another script /cgi-bin/stockhist with the entire pathname and =
other parameters...
right now im calling this program by giving a <a href> and then click on =
the link..

Is there any shorter way out of this ??
