Its hardly a secret. CGI.pm says in its dox that it generates data in a
format that can be read by Boulder, a file-based database. Considered using
it myself before adopting Data::Dumper.pm, largely because I could absorb
its documentation at first glance.
Not claiming that Boulder is the best tool for the job; just that I'd start
with it and rethink acc'd experience..
