how to extract HREFs from a URL w/ LWP ?

this may be obvious, but I'm missing it, even after looking at everything
under HTML:: :(

if I have a .html file how do I parse it so that I end up with all links in
that file ?

I looked at the Hypermail archive, but with no luck :(
