running libwww on Perl for Win32?

Hi,

Does anyone know if libwww can be run on top of Perl 5 for Win32
(http://www.perl.hip.com)? 
The install instructions for the latest release of libwww (5b12) 
seem to assume that it's running on unix.

In general, is there a perl WWW client library that runs on Perl for Win32?
