I don't think a wwwwais.pl will ever exist -- the wais protocol is a
nightmare and even the wais inventors have moved on to z39.50
(the standardized version of what was wais -- still a nightmare,
but at least it's a standard nightmare ;-).

Of course, I'd be perfectly happy to be proven wrong on this one,
and will archive anyone's contribution.
