I'd rather not have this discussion on the libwww-perl list, as it
has nothing to do with a client library.  The CGI list makes more sense.

p.s. In any case, these operations are usually specific to a particular type
of server (NCSA-based), so the classes should be designed to be subclassed by
server name/type.
