Undefined POSIX_C_SOURCE

Help!  When I run testbot or testlinks, I get:

Undefined subroutine "main'_POSIX_C_SOURCE" called at /usr/contrib/lib/perl/sys/cdefs.ph line 3.

testdates and testescapes work just fine, though.

BSD/OS 2.0.1
Perl 4.036
libwww-perl 0.40

I've run h2ps on all of /usr/include and /usr/include/sys

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, or even point me to better
references?  I couldn't find anything applicable in the archives of this
mailing list...
