Hi -- I expect this is a perl version problem.
When I attempt to run Makefile.PL, I get a "lib.pm not found"
error.  As there's no lib.pm in the MANIFEST, I'm guessing this
is a new perl thang.  I believe I have 5.001e, but don't know
how to check the patchlevel of the executable.
