Common Log Parser (WWW::Log)

Hi all,
I have written a common log parser for perl 5 (object oriented, sort of)
and want to make the parsing engine publicly available.
In the perl module registery, this mailing list was given as the place to
post such a thing. I have sent a message to libwww-perl-request@ics.uci.edu
but have not yet received a reply, so I am sending this mail out here.
My questions are as follows:
1) How do I get on this list?
2) What is the best way to make a submission for my WWW::Log module?
I would appreciate a response so that I know that the list is alive. Thanks.
