Problem: not SCCS file

Hi,
I am trying to use libwww-perl-0.40 with perl5. I did the changes that I 
found in the mail archive (sent by: Mike Ferrara). But when I am trying 
to use get, I got the error:
ERROR [http://...]: Not a SCCS file (co1)

What's that???
