Hi,

Just wanted to tell you that I am working on (working beta version ready) a 
mirror script for w3 (using the last-modified-since tag + +).

If you know of betatesters available/you would like to test it, it is 
available at ftp://sauce.uio.no/pub/src/w3mir

It's made around htget (Oscar N.'s), and I have spent some time taking bugs 
away from his libs.

As always, bugs/patches are welcome :-)
