URI::URL.pm release

Right, enough is enough :-) I've made some minor mods to Tim's last
post, patched a Perl5.000 problem, and incorporated some release info.
Both Tim and me consider the current version to be usable and useful,
and as such the URI::URL.pm module is currently frozen, and released
as version 1.2.

I have placed it on:

http://web.nexor.co.uk/public/perl/contrib/URI/URL.html

If you find any showstoppers please let me know ASAP, otherwise this
will be posted to Roy, comp.lang.perl and
comp.infosystems.www.providers on Monday.
