NetOffice will offer free ftp/www space for the libwww-perl project.
We are currently on a 128K ISDN link but will be using a full T1 by
the end of April.  

I also suggest vix.com.  They aren't in the space rental business but seem
to be giving space away to causes they think are worthy.  (See www.vix.com)
