True. Maybe INSTALL should suggest
% cp /usr/local/lib/perl/sys/socket_ph > my_socket.ph
% sys_socket_ph >> my_socket.ph
Of course you can always just put your own socket.ph in a 'sys'
subdirectory of the wwwperl-lib; as it is unshifted onto @INC that
will be picked up before /usr/local/lib/perl/sys/socket.ph; That way
no mods are required to code or filesystem.
I'm just a bit wary of introducing extra levels of complexity
for every os-specific header problem.
